E-commerce Redesign for NOSIZE
NOSIZE needed more than a visual update. The existing Shoptet store no longer provided the flexibility or shopping experience the brand needed as its online business evolved.
The project combined UX analysis, a complete e-commerce redesign and migration from Shoptet to WordPress & WooCommerce.
The new store was built with Bricks and connected to the client’s existing POHODA system through Pohoda Connector.
The Challenge
The existing NOSIZE store was functional, but its structure and interface created unnecessary friction in the shopping journey. Product discovery, navigation and content hierarchy needed to become clearer, while the underlying Shoptet platform limited how far the experience could be customised.
The challenge was therefore not simply to redesign the interface, but to rethink the shopping experience and move the store to a more flexible platform without disrupting the client’s existing business processes.
UX Analysis
Before starting the redesign, I reviewed the existing store from the customer’s perspective — from entering the homepage and navigating categories to viewing a product and moving towards purchase.
The analysis identified opportunities to simplify navigation, strengthen visual hierarchy, improve product discovery and make key shopping actions easier to recognise.
These findings became the foundation for the new structure and interface.
UX/UI Direction
The new direction focused on removing unnecessary visual noise and giving the products more space to lead the experience.
Clear hierarchy, generous spacing, stronger product imagery and consistent interface elements created a calmer shopping environment, while navigation and calls to action were designed to guide customers naturally from discovery to purchase.
Rather than changing the existing brand identity, the redesign translated it into a cleaner and more functional digital experience.
E-commerce Development
The redesigned store was migrated from Shoptet to WordPress and rebuilt using WooCommerce and Bricks.
Beyond recreating the visual experience, the new solution provided greater flexibility over layouts, product presentation and future development.
The store was also connected to the client’s existing POHODA system through Pohoda Connector, allowing the new website to work with the operational processes already used by the business.
Final Outcome
The result is a cleaner, more flexible e-commerce experience that puts NOSIZE products at the centre of the shopping journey.
The redesign combines clearer navigation and stronger product hierarchy with a more adaptable technical foundation — moving the store beyond the limitations of its previous Shoptet solution while maintaining connection with the client’s existing POHODA ecosystem.
